Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable — and so is ours. To ensure the best experience for every guest: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes • Late cancellations will incur a 30% service fee • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment • One complimentary reschedule is allowed when changes are made outside of the 24-hour window • We understand that life happens — one-time emergency fee waivers may be granted at our discretion Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to serve you beautifully 🤍
